All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Packaging & Handling
All Fruzesta products are packed with care using protective packaging suitable for glass bottles to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

6. Damaged or Leaked Products
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
Fruzesta will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Non-Delivery or Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

We may contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Perishable Nature of Products
Our products are food items and should be consumed before the expiry date mentioned on the packaging. We are not responsible for product quality issues arising due to delays in consumption after delivery.
