It all began with just two vines, planted almost as an experiment on our farm. The turning point arrived unexpectedly during Ganesh Chaturthi, when the first sun-ripened passion fruit dropped. We sat down, pressed the golden pulp, and shared a single glass of fresh juice. The flavor was a revelation—bold, tart, and unlike anything we had ever tasted. In that moment of celebration, a simple question changed everything: Why isn't India drinking this?

The Deep Dive: Filling the Gap in India

Fascinated by that first taste, we began researching the fruit’s immense health benefits, only to find that despite its nutritional power, passion fruit remained largely a mystery in the Indian market. We saw a clear gap between the fruit's potential and its availability. Driven by the desire to bring this tropical wonder to more people, we took a leap of faith and planted 165 passion fruit vines across our farm. That year, as we gathered our first harvest, our mission to bridge that gap truly took root.

We initially shared our harvest through fresh fruits, traditional jams, and squashes. However, we soon hit a roadblock: sugar. It felt like a contradiction to take a fruit so packed with vitamins and antioxidants only to mask it with heavy syrups. We asked ourselves, why compromise on health when the fruit is already perfect? That was the day we decided to go completely sugar-free. We committed to protecting the integrity of the fruit, ensuring its natural goodness remained untouched and inclusive for everyone.
